We are a group of twelve students and two advisors who feel the candidates are unreal with unreal platforms, unreal personalities and unreal issues.

So, we decided that if we couldn't stand behind any of our options we'd create one that we could.

What you see on this website is the materialization of a candidate that may not exist as a person but certainly exists as an opportunity. That opportunity is to tell the government that we are sick of being handed the same cookie cutter choices election after election.

Our hope is that on November 4th, instead of voting for the lesser of two evils, you will write in “Hunter Branson.” This is your chance to tell our government we demand candidates who are more than a political party's updated version of every choice in the past.

We hope to show that if fourteen people can make change, the population as whole can too.

We invented Hunter Branson to symbolize that change. We believe in the power of revolution and want to be the spark to show what is possible.

The Hunter Branson project was made possible on an extremely tight budget. The Creative Circus was generous enough to make $500 available to the class for supplies, cost of the website and other necessities. The advisors for the project also donated $100 each and the students involved gave $30 each. A whole lot of great work was done with a very small amount of finances. Imagine what could have been done if we had the assets of a real politician. If you're interested in helping out with our project please feel free to make a donation. We ask for a minimum of $20 and we'll send you a T-shirt as well as some stickers as our thanks. All donations are tax deductible.
